Trailer boat insurance condition reports
- We offer insurance condition reports on 3m to 9m trailer boats from Two rocks to Mandurah.
- We cover outboard, sterndrive or sail powered boats, aluminium or fibreglass hulls and ski boats. Any brand, type or model of trailer boat is covered. We don't offer insurance condition reports on moored or penned boats and any boats over 10m in length.
- An insurance condition report is a non invasive check of the hull, hull fittings, outboard or sterndrive condition and trailer roadworthiness. Its not quite as comprehensive as a pre-purchase inspection, as the insurance companies are mainly concerned with seaworthiness, not cosmetic appearance.
- Many boat insurers will require a condition report when insuring an older boat (mostly over 20 years old) or re-insuring an older boat. They will often require a condition report for self built or low volume, custom made boat or imported used boat before offering insurance cover.
- Our reports are accepted by all the main trailer boat insurers such as Club Marine, Nautilus and RAC.
